How I work:
Clarity before certainty.
Perfect information is lovely, but it rarely arrives on time. I turn incomplete data and shifting constraints into a clear decision, a shared rationale, and a measurable next step. Then I stay close to the work, measure the outcome, and use what we learn to shape what comes next.
I shift my role with the stage: hands-on when the product needs craft, building systems and growing teams when the organization needs scale, and stepping forward to create alignment when a hard decision needs an owner.
